SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

10+ years of hands-on experience in residential construction, home repair and remodel industry.
Specialized or multi-skilled skilled in some of the following areas: painting, drywall, flooring, carpentry, doors, windows, plumbing, electrical, deck, fence, siding, handyman repairs, full remodels (bathroom, kitchen, basement remodels) etc.
Experienced in working on homes of various ages.
Commercial maintenance experience is a plus.
Own work vehicle, tools & equipment to complete jobs you take on.
Insurance required (general liability and workers comp).
Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems.
Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
A strong work ethic and highly dependable.
Valid Driver's license is required
