We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman Technician to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of home repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, and minor electrical work.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in residential and light commercial properties.
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical instructions.
Ensure all work meets company and industry standards for quality and safety.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, respecting customers’ homes and property.
Complete projects efficiently and within designated timeframes.
Follow company policies, safety protocols, and OSHA guidelines.
Use mobile technology (CRM software) to track work orders, update job status, and submit reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

3+ years of experience in general home repairs, handyman services, or construction.
Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Reliable transportation with the ability to carry basic tools and materials.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
