Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Handyman Estimator to join our growing team. This role will start as a part-time/on-call position with strong potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business demand. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in home repair or general contracting, with a solid understanding of project pricing, material costs, and labor estimations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate project scopes
Prepare accurate estimates for residential repairs and improvements
Communicate clearly with clients, providing detailed explanations and options
Collaborate with our technician team to ensure realistic timelines and budgets
Provide outstanding customer service and represent our brand with professionalism

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in home repair, construction, or estimating
Strong knowledge of labor and material pricing across multiple trades
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Comfortable working in a part-time/on-call capacity with flexibility
