RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete various handyman and remodel jobs such as drywall, carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical and plumbing, etc.
- Deliver excellent work and customer service
- Keep a clean and safe job site
- Organize and manage materials and equipment for the jobs
- Invoice and collect payment as needed
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 7 to 10+ years of home repair and remodel experience
- Hands-on skills with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry
- Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
- Estimating experience is a plus, we will train
- Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
- A strong work ethic and highly dependable
- Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
- Valid Driver's License is required
- General Liability and Workers Comp are required as 1099.
