Core Responsibilities and Requirements
- Drywall patching, paint prep/touch-ups
- Carpentry and trim work
- Light fixture swaps, hardware installs, basic electrical work
- Caulking, sealing, door adjustments, installing new doors
- Basic plumbing repairs/ maintenance
- Hanging TVs, shelves, art, blinds
- Exterior/seasonal home upkeep tasks
- Keeping job sites clean and organized
- Tile work experience is a plus.
5-10 year experience in construction
