Looking for skilled carpenter /remodeler with 7 to 10+ years experience to join our team!

House Doctors is a nationwide professional handyman and home improvements company. Our local office in St Peters, MO has been servicing the St Charles county, West County and nearby communities for 18+ years with an A+ reputation.

We do a wide range of residential and commercial repair and remodel jobs, from small repairs (change out faucets, lights) to full remodels (bathroom, kitchen, basement).

A successful candidate will either be well-rounded in home repair and remodels, or specialized in certain trades, such as plumbing, electrical, siding, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Completing various home repair and remodel jobs
  • Deliver top quality work and excellent customer service
  • Finish jobs on-time and on-budget
  • Organizing and managing materials and equipment for the jobs
  • Maintaining clean and organized company vehicle and shop
  • Maintain safe jobsites, shop and work premises
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve team and company goals
  • Assisting in other company business activities as needed
  • Representing House Doctors in the local community
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7 to 10+ years of field experience in home building, repair and remodel industries.
  • Well experienced in remodel and improvement projects at all stages
  • Proven skills in some of the following skills: carpentry (framing, trim), drywall, painting, flooring, tile, light electrical, light plumbing, windows / doors, deck/fence, siding repairs, etc.
  • Able to accurately mange assigned job materials, job flow and on-site tasks
  • Excellent problem solver and effective communicator
  • Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
  • Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
  • Valid Driver's license is required
Lead Carpenter, REMODELER, Experienced Remodel Carpenter, Finish Carpenter, Trim Carpenter, Deck builder, Tradesmen, Craftsman, Technician, painter, Siding installer, semi-retired Plumber or Electrician. Tile installer, Drywaller, Painter, Professional Handyman, Home Remodeler. Bath/Kitchen remodeler. Basement Remodeler. Team Lead.
Compensation: $29.00 - $38.00 per hour
