We’re looking for someone who can walk into a home, assess problems, and figure out solutions without constant direction.
If you need step-by-step instructions for every job, this will not be a good fit.

What You'll Do
- Complete drywall, carpentry, trim, painting, and repair work
- Handle small-to-medium “refresh” style projects
- Communicate clearly with homeowners
- Deliver work that looks like the problem never existed
- Manage your time and jobs independently
What Makes You a Fit
- 3+ years of real, paid experience in home repair
- You can problem-solve without being told exactly what to do
- You take pride in clean, high-quality work
- You show up on time and communicate professionally
- You’re comfortable working alone and making decisions
- Driver's license and driving record with no DUIs within last 5 years
- Open to take a drug test
- Background check required

Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
