Position Overview
The Field Sales & Operations Lead is a dynamic, people-first leader who guides projects, motivates technicians, and
builds strong relationships with customers and partners. You'll be responsible for in-home estimates, team management,
quality control, and day-to-day project execution.
This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales skill-someone who can walk into a home, evaluate a project
with confidence, build rapport with the customer, and close the job. Your background in home improvement or
construction gives you the credibility to lead from the front and problem-solve in real time.

Key Competencies
- 5+ years of experience in residential construction, handyman work, or home services
- 2+ years in a sales or business development role with leadership responsibility
- Strong project management and team leadership skills
- Proven success in customer relationship building and closing service-based sales
- Comfort managing schedules, job scope, and technician workflows
- Familiarity with tools, materials, and trade best practices
- Proficiency in CRM tools (ServiceTitan a plus), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
- Fluent in English (Spanish a bonus)
- Capable of lifting 50+ lbs, bending, and using tools
- Valid driver's license
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home estimates with technical accuracy and close the sale
- Use hands-on experience to scope, troubleshoot, and support field operations
- Develop strong relationships with customers, vendors, and referral partners
- Lead and coach a team of technicians to deliver high-quality workmanship and service
- Manage job scheduling, materials coordination, and field logistics
- Own key performance metrics around sales, project completion, customer satisfaction, and quality
- Represent House Doctors at networking and community events (BNI, Chamber, etc.)
- Support hiring and development of high-performing team members
- Ensure post-job quality follow-up and resolution of any issues
- Contribute to marketing, branding, and local community growth initiatives
